Terms of service

I will draw:i won't draw:
- Ponies, Furry- Humans
- SFW and NSFW- gore
- antrho, feral- mecha, insects

General

- You must be at least 13 years old to commission me
- You must be at least 18 years old to commission me a nsfw artwork
- I don't work on weekends and holidays
- I WON't draw minors and/or "childish" looking characters as NSFW
- Commissioned work will appear on my social media, If you for some reasons don't want it to appear on them, please tell me before ordering
- I have rights to refuse commissioning someone without giving any excuse
- If you cancel commission at sketch stage, I will use it as an YCH or personal art
- When you upload my artwork somewhere, Always credit me by my nickname - deblaria
- You can't use my artworks in any kind of competitions
- You can slightly edit commissioned artwork from me, but my signature must be visible
- You can't have any profit from my artworks
- I have right to refuse drawing fetishes (ask me if I'm okay with yours)
- I don't support nft, and I'm not agreeing with using my art as one of these.
- Breaking any rule will result in being blacklisted, more severe cases will lead to beware
- Commissioning me is agreement to all my terms

Payment rules

- international payment via paypal only
- bank transfers available only for polish banks
- I won't start working on commission before full payment
- price is not negotiable
- Refunds after accepted sketch will be charged depending on work progress
- Fetish art will have increased price depending on kink

Process rules

- I will send to customer wip images after every step of the progress,
and after every fixed mistakes
- You can ONLY ask for big changes on sketch stage (big changes like clothes, expression, pose) - after accepting sketch, every big change costs 30% of commission's price
- If I won't get response from a customer in 48 hours after wip sent I will continue on working without posibbility of changes
- I will delete save files after 72 hours from sending finished work

Adoption rules

- You must always credit me as a designer, don't claim it as yours. Use my twitter nickname - @Deblaria
- no refunds
- you can't resell my characters for higher price without additional art
- you can slightly edit my designs, but still credit me as a designer
- you can't pass after bid in auctions
- I can refuse selling my designs without giving any excuse
